Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Shipping PolicyWe offer shipping to multiple countries, including the US and Europe. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- Other countries: 15-25 business days
Please note that these are estimated shipping times and actual shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs processing and your location.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
Refund & Replacement PolicyWe always strive to bring the best experiences to our customers. But in some cases, we can offer a refund or replacement if the item:
- faulty or damaged during delivery.
- not as described.
- not arrive 60 days after the dispatch date.
1. The item is faulty or damaged during deliveryIn this case, please contact us through our email at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line and detailed photos of this damaged item within 7 days after the delivery date. We will gladly ship you a replacement as soon as possible, entirely free of charge!
2. The item is not as describedIn case the item is not as described, please contact us through email at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and detailed photos of the item you have received. We will support you quickly and send the correct item to you without any additional charge.
3. The item is not arrived 60 days after the dispatch dateIf your package has not arrived 60 days after the dispatch date, please contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. We will give you 2 options:
- Option 1: 100% Refund
- Option 2: A free replacement
Please note that these two above options only apply to orders that are not arrived 60 days after the dispatch date.
In case your order has not arrived in less than 60 days, it means that the item is probably still on its way because custom clearance sometimes can take up to 5-6 weeks.
If there is any dissatisfaction, please do not hesitate to send us an email at email@example.com. We will try our best to solve the problem you may have.
Return PolicyIf you wish to return a product, please contact us via email with your request. We will evaluate and make a decision based on each case.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. If the product is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
